Zoom on the Craftsman CMEBL712
With its corded electric handheld design, the Craftsman CMEBL712 is suited for homeowners with smaller home areas like patios, walkways, or compact front and back lawns under a quarter acre.
It is capable of expelling a maximum air volume of 410 cubic feet per minute (CFM). Its air speed is rated at 180 MPH. These values mean that it should manage everyday yard leaves rather efficiently, but also have the power to handle denser material or small piles of heavier debris across lawns, patios, and garden paths.
With a 12-amp motor, this corded blower provides unlimited runtime, but mobility is restricted by the reach of the power connection. Be aware that the blower may not come with a power cord. If you need one, we recommend using our gauge calculator to ensure compatibility. It has a built-in cord lock to keep the blower connected and prevent interruptions during use.
Users can fine-tune airflow with the variable speed settings of the CMEBL712, complemented by intuitive cruise control for effortless use.
At 9 lbs, the blower’s handheld design lets the operator lift and aim it with one hand. The CMEBL712 is compatible with Craftsman’s VersaTrack™ wall storage system.

About Craftsman
Craftsman is a label which traces its roots to 1927, when it was first registered by the Sears department store. The brand has been only recently acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. Their products seem to be assembled in the US, from materials that are sourced abroad. Their selection features a wide range of lawn keeping equipment, including several leaf blowers. Little by little, Craftsman are diversifying their leaf blower offers. Craftsman blowers used to be exclusively handheld and electrically powered, but we now see backpack and gas-powered models. Both their price and specs range from the lower to middle tier.
Warranty Information
The Craftsman CMEBL712 is covered under a warranty for up to 3 years. This warranty may not cover all parts of the blower.
