Stihl BR 800 C-E MAGNUM® vs BR 800 X MAGNUM® - The Differences
The only differences between these 2 units is that the BR 800 C-E features Stihl's Easy2Start technology, which adds an additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter rope. Upon pulling the starter rope, the engine will attempt to start regardless of how hard the rope was pulled. The BR 800 X is a bit lighter.
Great job… can you do a comparison on different models? Like do I need an 800 or is a 450 good? Or 600 or 700…I have a 6.5 acre wooded lot…wood like to blow out the stone walls to get to see the bottom of the walls again, etc and also do the obvious yard blow outs
These blowers feature Stihl 4-Mix engine, which is a 4 cycle engine that requires an oil/fuel mixture. You can read more about it here (opens in a new tab).

So what kind of oil are you supposed to mix The containers that they sold me are 50 to 1 2 cycle engine oil
This is correct. It should be two-stroke engine oil, and gas/oil ratio is 50:1.
