Given that the Echo PB-9010T and the Stihl BR 800 C-E MAGNUM® come from distinct manufacturers, their construction and technological features may differ.

  • Handling: These two products are constructed as backpack blowers, allowing you to comfortably carry their big engines and massive fuel tanks. The throttle for both products is conveniently placed on the blower's tube, freeing up your left hand for other tasks.
  • Power Source: Both products, gas blowers, offer a swift refill system, saving you time on refueling and allowing you to efficiently manage large outdoor spaces.
  • Weight:
At 26.4 lbs, the Echo PB-9010T just slightly outweighs the 25.8 lbs of the Stihl BR 800 C-E MAGNUM®, potentially offering a touch more comfort in handling.

  • Engine: The engine displacement of 79.9cc in both products indicates similar fuel consumption per stroke, potentially leading to equivalent performance capabilities. Each of these blowers requires a fuel/oil mix to operate, as the Echo PB-9010T features a 2-cycle engine, and the Stihl BR 800 C-E MAGNUM® is powered by the Stihl 4-Mix 4-stroke engine.

  1. I have used both blowers. I currently own the pb9010 not because of the pricing but I feel it moves things better with the higher cfm. More air more movement.
